About the Course
Overview
At DeepDiveYokohama, we host the Social Good Study Tour, titled "A Journey to Meet Creators and Artists," with the aim of building a continuous network among domestic and international artists, local communities, private sectors, government bodies, and organizations or individuals interested in cultural and artistic promotion. Through this program, we strive to foster intellectual exchange, explore future business collaborations and joint research opportunities, and create potential for cultural and artistic development.
Participants will deepen their connections with local artists, curators, and art professionals, sharing insights on the state and challenges of art-related initiatives and management in Yokohama. Additionally, participants will gain a deeper understanding of cultural policy and be encouraged to apply the outcomes of the tour to future activities. Kannai's Sakura Street in Yokohama serves as a hub for a diverse range of creators, offering participants a unique opportunity to learn about their daily lives, interests, and how their activities connect with society.
We hope this study tour will serve as a platform for you to discover opportunities for co-creation with DeepDiveYokohama. Guided by members based at Taisei Porch Front on Kannai Sakura Street, who are actively engaged in creative projects within and beyond Kannai, the tour will introduce you to new artists, curators, and facilities while showcasing the charm of Kannai's art scene.
