Payment

Booking Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us by e-mail or phone.  Cancellation charges vary by each experience. We will inform you at the time of your inquiry. Time and days are all in Japan Standard Time.

Customers will receive a full refund if the experience has been canceled by the company for some reason.

 

Interpreters

We can be arrange interpreters upon customer’s request.  There is a possibility that the company cannot provide Interpreters in a Customer’s preferred language.

 

Late Arrival Booking Policy

If guests arrive more than 30minutes late, the experience will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

 

Company Communication with Customers

Business hours for the Company are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time. (Closed on weekends and national holidays)

*The Company reserves the right to change, add, and delete content of this agreement at any time, without obtaining the approval of Customers, and shall deem publication of the agreement as the notice to and acknowledgment from the Customer of this right.
